Project Conceptualisation and Planning  
Design process facility, site lay-out, process flow, work flow, man and material flow in accordance with cGMP and FS regulations matching to the best in Industry and Global standards such as GFSI and FSSC.
Participation at design stage is key to operational efficiency and quality to meet regulatory and food safety standards.
We also offer site study and operational analysis to improve GMP/Quality/efficiency and provide on site assistance to achieve targets for existing facilities.
Hygiene, Sanitation & GMP
Design appropriate H&S plan for the site based on 7S principles.
Includes design of hygiene stations, rest rooms, lockers, eateries, man and material entry protocols, hygiene mapping, master cleaning schedule, cleaning protocols, assisting on cleaning solutions, documentation for maintenance of H&S program, waste management plan, classification.
Assistance for selecting and sourcing H&S equipments and solutions
